What is the difference between radius(distance) search and a name or specialty search?


We provide multiple search possibilities: zip code (postal code) search, city, state, specialty and name search. When a radius search is performed all business listings that are contained within the area defined by the zip code and radius are shown. Only the business listings that have the distance between their location and the searched zip code lower than radius will be shown.They a sorted in order by the distance from the location you have provide, however, Featured and Premium listings, whch are paid listings, will show above those sorted by distance.



I receive a 404 error when loading a business listing.


This error is usually generated when the server is having trouble or a page has been moved or disabled. Please notify our staff at info@NaturalHealthAnswers.biz.

How Do I Contact a Listing?


There is a Contact Now button next to each listing in directory as well as within their individual profiles. We highly encourage that you contact the Natural Health Professionals in our directory using our system. They look forward to working with you and answering all your questions prior to scheduling a visit to their facilities.

Do We Review and Verify All of the Listing?

We do review and verify to the best of our ability that all the listings in this directory are legitimate Natural Health Professionals or in the Natural Health Industry in some capacity.  We give each listing the opportunity to claim their listing and provide you with pertinent information regarding their history and credentials including allow them to upload and provide licensing information.  We do recommend though that you contact the listings through our directory prior to any office visits and verify the information listed is accurate. We do not contact licensing boards or verify qualifications.  We leave that up to you.  We just try to make it easy to match you with a Natural Health professional. Please do own research to verify that our information is accurate. If you find it to be inaccurate for an listing please let us know and we will update or remove that listing.

I cannot upload images or attachments to my profile


The issues is generally caused by insufficient write permissions on our servers, a poor internet connection, or the images or files are too large are not valid file types for our servers to accept. Please contact info@NaturalHealthAnswers if you are havng issues.  You can also always access the chat feature on our website and we will try to assist you with any issues.

Images, map, offers or events are not shown on business listings


If packages are enabled the features that are associated with the business listings depend on the selected package. By default, if a free package is defined, all business listings are associated with the free package, and willl show in directory, but not all features are available to Free Basic listings that aravailable for our paid listing packages. Please consider upgrading to a Featured or Premium listing package. You will have to check if the business listing package contains the desired featured and if the package is paid, you will have to make sure that the order associated with the business listing is paid.

Is my listing automatically approved?


If you sign up for any listing package your listing will be active immediately, however, we have the right to change or remove your listing at any time for any reason per our Terms of Service.  Please review our Terms of Service for specifics.  If your listing is in claim listing status it will show in our directory as well, however you will not have any additional features available to you, and you listing will show with only limited information in our directory. It is important that you claim your listing and update you profile if you wish to be in our directory.  People will be searching for you and in your area, and we want to give them as much information on you as possible.

What happens to those that try to contact me through your directory?


First we do try to screen all leads that try to contact you through our system before forwarding you that lead.  We don't want send you SPAM or leads for non valid requests like attempted sales contacts, and non-valid leads.  Please understand that the lead for you will be forwarded to you if we feel they are a valid leads.

How can I change my contact informaiton or profile?

You will receive correspondence from us regularly which will include the contact information we have n file.  We want to keep this up-to-date as much as possible.  You can login into our site at any time after you have created or claimed your listing and update you profile and other information.  If you have any issues doing so please contact us at info@NaturalHealthAnswers.biz, contact us through the chat on our website, or call us toll free at 855-642-9244 for any questions about your listing or to request any changes be made.

How do I remove my listing from your directory?


Well we hate to see you go. We really are here to promote your industry and what you do, but if you have left the profession or just don't want partner with our directory simple just request that you lisitng be removed from our directory.  Please contact us at info@NaturalHealthAnswers.biz or, through the chat on our website, or call us toll free at 855-642-9244 for any questions about your listing or to request any changes be made or have your listing removed from our directory.

How to renew a listing after it has expired?


Your listing should automatically renew every period if the payment informaiton you provided when signing up is still valid for Featured and Premium listings. If your Featured or Premium listing has expired you may just re-join using our standard package signup. Free basic listings have no expiration. If your Featured or Premium listing has expired you may contact us at the info@NaturalHealthAnswers.biz, or through the chat on our website, or call us toll free at 855-642-9244 to renew your membership or any questions about your rmembership.
